With its universally appealing concept and bold flavors, Yellow Cab Pizza has successfully expanded its global footprint with locations across the United States, UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Singapore, and Cambodia, and continues to grow worldwide.
The core team and pioneer employees will undergo 60–90 days of comprehensive training at designated certified training stores prior to the restaurant’s opening. The training program, conducted by the franchisor, covers all key operational areas to ensure full readiness.
All travel, lodging, and related expenses during the training period will be the responsibility of the franchisee. For the first store opening, the franchisor will provide on-site support by sending an opening team for two weeks to assist in staff training and ensure smooth operational execution.
Brand Alignment – Knows and believes in the Yellow Cab Pizza brand and its core values.
Financial Capability – Financially stable with a net worth of at least USD 1 million and USD 300,000 in liquidity, with an understanding of the high initial investment required to establish a new brand in a new market.
Organizational Structure – Has a dedicated team including a General Manager, Operations Manager, Marketing Manager, and Supply Chain function.
Market Understanding – Possesses deep knowledge of the local market and strong expertise in site selection.
Industry Experience – Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant or retail business operations within the development area.
Commitment to Learning – Willing to learn the Yellow Cab Pizza business system and devote sufficient time to hands-on restaurant management.
Training Participation – Committed to sending the team to the Philippines for at least 60 days to complete the full operational training program.
Collaboration with Franchisor – Comfortable working closely with the franchisor to ensure compliance with brand standards and operational systems.
Customer Service Orientation – Understands and values the importance of delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
