Teriyaki Boy bridges the gap between quick-service and high-end Japanese dining by offering popular Japanese favorites—such as Teriyaki Chicken, Gyoza, and Ramen—at reasonable prices. The brand continuously innovates new dishes while maintaining strict quality standards in ingredients and preparation.
Sizzlin’ Steak, a homegrown brand established in 2007, introduced a modern twist to classic beef dishes through its signature hot plate dining experience. Known for its fast, flavorful, and value-for-money meals with international flair, it quickly became a crowd favorite.
In 2017, both brands combined to form a unique “combi concept”, catering to diverse customer preferences under one roof. This innovative model proved highly successful, leading to the launch of their first international store in Dubai. Today, there are four thriving combi stores and one Sizzlin’ Steak Express operating across the UAE.
The core team and pioneer employees will undergo a comprehensive 60–90 day training program at designated certified training stores prior to the restaurant opening. This program covers all aspects of operations, service standards, and brand culture. All related expenses—such as travel, lodging, and meals—will be borne by the franchisee, while the franchisor will provide the training at no additional cost.
For the first store opening, the franchisor will deploy an opening support team for two weeks to conduct on-site training and ensure the franchisee’s staff meet operational and service standards.
