The core team and key employees will undergo comprehensive training for 60–90 days at designated certified training stores prior to the restaurant opening. All expenses related to training, including travel and lodging, will be the responsibility of the franchisee, while the training itself is provided by the franchisor. For the first store opening, the franchisor will also provide on-site support by sending an opening team for two weeks to train the franchisee’s staff.
